In response to all of your questions, we are not using a Citizen Engagement Platform and we therefore do not hold the information that you are requesting.
By way of assistance, we do however have a bespoke website that was built by our internal teams that will allow service areas to publish their consultations on a single web page. Most of these consultations would include a MS Form or a Smart Survey to capture any feedback.
