Under S21 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Devon County Council (DCC) are not obliged to provide this information as it is already available on Statistics: children’s social work workforce – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) website.
DCC can confirm that we hold the figures for 2021, but they are intended for future publication in February, on the link above. As the publication date is imminent, we believe it is reasonable, and in the public’s interest, to exempt it from disclosure under S22 FOIA, information held with a view to its future publication.
