1. What is your quality assurance process in relation to any application, report or statement made by an employee which is filed to the Court?
Initial SWETs (social work evidence templates) are sent, to the team managers who check for typos.
Then it is sent to the court protection managers to review the content or amend any outstanding typos or inaccuracies.
Once amendments are made it is sent to legal colleagues, who also offer feedback on content and make any suggestions to any additional information that needs to be added.
There are some occasions that social workers send SWET’s directly to legal if deadlines or capacity are a challenge.
