We do not have access to housing records which are held by district or unitary authorities in Devon.

Any references in our care management system would require manual intervention. We had 21,979 clients aged over 65 in the financial year 2020/21. Adopting an average of 2 minutes for the review of each client’s information would total 732 hours. This is in excess of the appropriate limit of 18 hours and therefore, pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we are not obliged to provide this information.

For any further information we would recommend that you contact district or unitary authorities.  Their contact details can be found here
