If it would help, I am specifically looking for payments to suppliers who provide a service in Health and Social Care. In particular, I am looking for itemized transactions (i.e. at the daily level) for suppliers – preferably in CSV format. This would include all suppliers falling under the categories :-
1. Payments to suppliers who provide fostering and adoption services to the Council
The total spend with Independent Fostering Agencies between 1st January 2019 and 31st October 2019 was £6,315,000.
The total spend with Adoption suppliers between 1st January 2019 and 31 October 2019 was £260,737.
A list of Fostering Agencies and Adoption suppliers is provided. A breakdown of individual payments made can be viewed via the Council’s Spend Over £500 data, which is publicly available via our website.
2. Payments to suppliers who provide care services to the council. This would include suppliers who provide care under each of below:-
a) Children’s Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
The total spend with children’s residential providers between 1st January 2019 and 31st October 2019 was £13,241,000. The list of suppliers is provided.

g) Providers who carry out Homeless Services
Devon County Council is not responsible for homeless services and therefore does not hold any information in this regard. This is a function provided by District and Unitary councils in Devon. Please contact them directly using the information on the links provided to obtain this information.
3. Payments to suppliers who provide Special Education Services
We do not separately identify spend on Special Education Services providers. It is likely that some of these providers are included within our response to 2a (residential), but we do not separate them from other residential provision.
