I am writing to request a copy of the hourly rates of care providers who supply to Devon County Council. Enabling costs, sleep in support costs and personal care costs
Devon County Council Personal care for care in the community, excluding Supported Living and Extra Care Housing (ECH) is paid under two bands, applied under a geographical assignment. Rates for 23/24 fiscal are:

| Personal care band 2 | £27.68 |
Further to this we should clarify that a spot contract that is used to commission Enabling services and and we therefore do not hold any no set rates
There are no sleep in costs in enabling services
