Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide, for Brimley Road, Bovey Tracey (from ///skin.wheat.gliding to ///following.failed.rooks), TQ13 9JT, from 1 January 2019 to today:
* All streetworks permits/notices issued under the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (planned & emergency), including permit ref, utility, works type, dates/times, location, and traffic management used (e.g. closures, lights).
This can be seen at Streetworks
* Records of any Highways repairs (e.g. potholes, resurfacing, subsidence) linked to water main failures in that period.
* Any complaints or reports received related to water-related road disruption on this road.
In response to both of the above questions, we do not record complaints about specific issues in that way, but rather against the specific team involved in the work complained about. We would therefore need to read all highways related complaints received in the period mentioned in order to ascertain whether they referred to such issues. A conservative estimate is that there would be 1996 complaints to review. At 5 minutes each, this would take in excess of 99 hours to complete which is in excess of the appropriate time limit of 18 hours. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
In relation to records of highways repairs, this can be seen at Inspections and repairs. This includes all records of reports received and the action taken.
This information has been redacted to remove all details of individuals. To disclosure this information would be a breach of the first data protection principle and is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
