As a freedom of information request, please provide data on the waits faced for people to receive a Blue Badge. Specifically, please provide:
* The average wait for a new Blue Badge.
* The average wait for a new Blue Badge is a medical assessment is required.
* The longest wait for a new Blue Badge, and the longest wait in a case where a medical assessment is required.
* Such data split by whether the application was online or offline.
* If possible such data over time, either monthly or annually from 2018 onwards.
Devon County Council are unable to provide the requested data for 2018 and have only been able to provide data from June 2019 which is when they introduced a bespoke Blue Badge Case Management System.
2023 Data relates to applications ordered between January and August 2023.
