I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information request on the state of Bickford Lane, Teignmouth.
I require the following information;
1. Please can you provide the inspection frequency and when was Bickford Lane, Teignmouth last inspected.
We inspect annually and the last inspection was the 3rd June 2024.
2. Please provide details of the defects, category and schedule identified during the most recent inspection.
Information that is greyed out is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Data).
The Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the UK General Data Protection Regulation. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld.
3. Please provide details of any defects, category and repair schedule know on this road prior to the last inspection date.
As can be seen from the Enquiry Report there have been no customer contacts regarding Bickford Lane in the period from 1 March 2024 to date, and as we inspect annually there would be no outstanding defects the County Council was aware of prior to the June 2024 inspection.
4. Please provide details for any temporary or permanent repairs carried out since the last inspection.
5. Please provide list of all public enquiries in relation to the condition i.e, cracking, potholes etc since the last inspection.
