Please make available the DMR (Definitive Map Review) documents for Bere Ferrers Public Footpath 2 (from 1972 onwards, as exists)
This was started with a well-attended public opening meeting held on 26/03/13 in the Church Hall in Bere Ferrers village. An informal consultation was subsequently held between 18/06/14 and 01/08/14. The informal consultation proposals were presented to the Public Rights of Way Committee in a series of 3 reports – considered at committee meetings held on 01/02/15, 02/06/15, and 03/11/15. Some Modification Orders were made which were subsequently confirmed by 2016. Bere Ferrers Footpath 2 was not specifically considered during this parish review as it was subject to some liaison between the land owner (at that time), and the former area warden regarding a potential application for a public path order to divert the path from the definitive alignment.
