1. Who are the members of the Highways Traffic Management Team which covers West Devon?
We consider this information is exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (Personal Data). Devon County Council cannot disclose personal information, if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018. In this instance we believe that the release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore Section 40(2) is applied.
2. To which Officers and Members, that the Highways Traffic Management Team for West Devon area, report to.
The Highways Traffic Management Team for the West Devon area report to the Traffic Management Team Manager and the Cabinet Member for Highway Management.
3. Can you forward a copy of the minutes of the above team where the decision was made not to impose a speed limit of 30 mph on the B3257 road from The Down cross roads, Bere Alston to either the Bowling Club, Quarry Corner or other position on that road?
Advice on matters of traffic policy is provided on an Ad Hoc basis to the Highways Development Management Team, who in turn provide advice to the Local Planning Authority and the applicant, there are no minutes provided.
4. Who do we appeal against any decision of the Highways Traffic Team for West Devon area?
