I would appreciate knowing whether Devon County Council has ever used anti-loitering devices, they are called ‘Mosquito’ machines, for the function intended and if so, have Teignbridge District Council ever been given any.
Devon County Council does not use these anti-loitering devices and therefore has not given Teignbridge District Council any of these devices.
