I would like to request the start and finish dates of each closure linked to this specific alleyway possibly a reason/ event, and maybe the requesting group or authority. I.e. Tiverton town council/ Christmas lights switch on. DCC Highways roof collapse with the relevant dates.
No events led to the closure of this footpath other than the ceiling collapse on both occasions.
On the 25th November 2024, Tiverton Town Council closed – no application to close, they responded to imminent danger with their own signage. No date recorded of when reopened as owners attended to make safe.
On the 30th December 2024, a Devon County Council contractor attended to close following report received of imminent danger. It was removed on the same day.
