How much money did your local authority spend on alcohol addiction support services and treatment?
We tendered and awarded a contract for an integrated drug and alcohol service and we don’t require the provider to record or report spend separately. Therefore, this information is not held in a manner that is capable of being easily analysed.
We estimate that it would take greater than the 18 hours that the Council is obliged to spend answering a freedom of information request to provide a response to this question. As such, we consider that Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limits) applies
