In response to both questions, we do not hold a central record of this information. We therefore would estimate that it would take approximately 5-10mins would be required to manually review each client. With over 3000 clients to review, this would exceed the appropriate costs limit and we are therefore not obliged to disclose information pursuant to Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 of £450 or 18 hours of officer time.
