Devon County Council’s contracts register can be found here: Contracts register. This contains information on all contracts awarded by Devon County Council, including those awarded by Children’s Services, and includes information about the supplier(s), start and end dates and estimated values. Please be aware that as some of our contracts are framework contracts where further individual call-offs will be made for specific young people it is only possible to give an estimated value for many contracts.

3. Any public framework agreements or lists of approved providers that the council refers to for social care and supported housing services.

We do not currently use any public framework agreements for social care or supported housing services, apart from the “Flexible Purchasing System” in place for Extra Care Housing, as we hold our own contracts at either county or Peninsula level for these services. There are currently 7 providers on the Flexible Purchasing System for Extra Care Housing.
