Adult and Children services management systems

1. Who currently supplies your Local Offer and Family Information Services Websites and who is responsible internally for this?

The Local Offer and Family Information Services websites are both supplied by Devon County Council’s Communications team as a piece of internal development. The Communications team is responsible for the development and maintenance of both sites (digitalcomms@devon.gov.uk). We also detail some services on our PinPoint site (see answer to Q2).

2. Who currently supplies your Adult Social Care Directory website and who is responsible for this?

Our Adult Social Care Directory website is the Pinpoint website . This is a combination of a website developed and maintained by the Communication Team at Devon County Council supported by a directory function supplied by IDOX. The Communications team is responsible for the development and maintenance of PinPoint (digitalcomms@devon.gov.uk).
