How many looked after children were permanently excluded in the academic years 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23?
To provide this information may identify the children who have been excluded due to the low numbers. This would risk a disclosure of their personal information and would be a breach of the first data protection principle. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
