* Live in care packages – We do not categorise live in packages for Adults, and we do not have a standard rate, therefore this information is not held.
* Learning Disability packages – as detailed above
3. Also required are the total number of clients you commission for all home care packages for the following categories :-

This information is held however, not in a manner that can be easily extracted from our systems. We would have undertake a manual review of each case record. We estimate that to carry out this exercise per individual case record would take 10 minutes to complete and this would be for over 1600 case records. Therefore to conclude this exercise would take approximately 267 hours to complete.
Under the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004 public authorities are not obliged to comply with requests which exceed the cost limit of £450 (equating to 18 hours of time).
