Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request information regarding the collapsed wall and associated traffic management measures on Ringmore Road, Shaldon.
Please provide the following:
1. The date when the collapsed wall (or related issue) was first discovered or reported to Devon County Council.
24th February 2024.
2. A full breakdown of all costs incurred in relation to this issue from that date to the present, including but not limited to traffic management, inspections, monitoring, maintenance, and staffing.

3. A monthly breakdown of the costs incurred for the temporary traffic lights/traffic management at this site from February 2024 to the present.

6. A written explanation of why the wall has not yet been repaired; including any internal reports, correspondence, or justifications held by the Council.
The County Council will not disclose any of the correspondence or documents due to legal privilege.
7. The anticipated timeline or schedule for the repair works (proposed start and completion dates) and any project plan documents relating to the repair.
