I am writing to request access to all the policies governing the safety of social workers and the measures taken by the employer to ensure their well-being this includes employment polices and those to ensure welfare.
Devon County Council does not have wellbeing or welfare policies specific to social workers.
Devon County Council’s has human resources and employment policies for all staff members. However, this information is exempt from disclosure as per our response to a similar previous freedom of information request: Human Resources Manual and Social Work Supervision.
