1. Please provide details of any communication Devon County Council (DCC) has received from Exeter City Council (ECC) informing it of the decision to consult on the closure of Northbrook Swimming Pool. This would probably be limited to the years 2024 and 2025.

In response to questions 1 and 2, Devon County Council does not hold any correspondence between Devon County Council and Exeter City Council over the potential closure of Northbrook swimming pool.
3. Please provide details of any money paid by DCC to ECC for the hire/provision of swimming services at Northbrook Swimming Pool in relation to the Exeter schools under its remit. It is thought that there are 6 schools which use Northbrook. If available, please provide figures for the financial years 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25.
