1. The total cost of running county hall and Lucombe House for the latest full year where accounts are complete.
The total 23/24 running costs for electricity, gas, water, business rates, security, and maintenance costs totalled, £1,342,007.72 for the whole of County Hall.
Please note we cannot segregate costs for Lucombe House and County Hall, it’s a combined budget. We are still in the process of finalising the 24/25 accounts.
2. On average how many people work in both buildings per day?

Please note: these figures are not 100%, due to some people that will tailgate other people through the doors. Also, these figures are only a count of a person entering the building once. 3. Has consideration been given to renting out office space to other organizations? If not why? If yes, what are the reasons for this not happening.
Lucombe House is on the market for rent. County Hall has spaces rented out to other organisations.
