Data for pre 29/12/2018 on lines 2 – 61 on the previous response (Ridgeway and Ridgeway Gardens, Ottery St Mary – Freedom of information) is no longer held by the Council. We have recently undertaken a purge of data for cases 6 years or older to remove any personal data on those cases which we no longer need to retain for financial or legal purposes.
The GPS data for the report run for the previous request is information not held by Devon County Council, and was not held at the time of the previous request which is why those fields stated ‘0’.
