Active Street Trials (correspondence with Vranch House)

This FOI request refers to the response provided by Devon County Council (DCC) to the FOI request that can be found  posted on 26th of June and titled ‘Active Street Trials: Correspondence between DCC and Vranch School.’ 

Please provide suitably redacted copies of:
1. All correspondence received by Devon County Council (DCC) from the public on or since 26 June 2024 relating to the contents of DCC’s response to the FOI request above.

2. Any reply provided by DCC to such correspondence.

3. Any subsequent communication between council officers and/or councillors relating to any correspondence as defined in items 1 and 2.

In response to questions 1, 2 and 3, Devon County Council does not hold any information.

4. Any subsequent communication between council officers or councillors and Vranch House relating to the Heavitree and Whipton Active Streets Trial since 26 June 2024.

Some information has been greyed out.  This is because the information is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Data).  Devon County Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the UK General Data Protection Regulation. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld.
