Please can I request all information relating to the approval of the road closure at Abbotsham Road. I believe the ref number for this work is WR3812147.
1. I would specifically like to see minutes of any meetings, or copies of correspondence relating to the decision making process that authorised this closure.
Devon County Council (DCC) do not hold any meeting minutes or correspondence regarding the pre planning of these works.

3. What efforts were/are being made to reduce the amount of time the road is closed for.

4. Any payments made to the council by Bloor homes in relation to this housing development.
Bloor Homes has paid £20,000 to DCC through the section 106 (Town and Country Planning Act) agreement linked to the planning application which can only be used for arranging Traffic Regulation Orders needed for the development. This will be in relation to changes to speed limits on Abbotsham Road and other restrictions related to highway works on the site.
An inspection fee of £3,220.68 was also paid by Bloor Homes under a section 278 (Highways Act) agreement for the footway works carried out next to Moreton Lodge.
