This information is not held by Devon County Council. There are no records of a Devon County Council investigation being carried out, we did not send a collision investigator at the time as the Network Operations Control Centre was not notified at the time of the collision. The Police carried out the investigation and the Council does not hold a copy of the report as it was a criminal investigation.

2. Any report undertaken by or provided to Devon County Council setting out the costs and feasibly of opening the archway under the Alphington Road Railway bridge to pedestrians?

This information is not held by Devon County Council. The Council advises contacting Network Rail who may hold this information.

3. With respect to minute 84 Alphington Bridge Road (Agenda for Exeter Highways and Traffic Orders Committee on Monday, 14th January, 2019, 2.15 pm – Democracy in Devon), please can you provide a copy of the Corners’ Inquest verdict provided to or sought by Devon County Council AND Devon County Council’s formal or informal response to this report?
