This information is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 13(1) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (Personal Data).
Devon County Council can confirm the requested information is held; however, the Council cannot disclose personal information, if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld.

Devon County Council (DCC) do not grant technical approval of drawings. DCC use the term, “suitable for inclusion in an agreement.” DCC uses S38, S278, S38 and 278 and S278 and 38 agreements. Bond value in some circumstances may not be calculated until developer wishes for agreement negotiations to start.
