For questions 1-3, information can be found at the following link Section 106 agreements.
4. How much money received via Section 106 agreements has been returned to the developer within the last ten years (2013/14 financial year onwards), due to it not being spent in the required time frame? If the reason for returning money to the developer has
not been recorded, please just put here the total amount of Section 106 money that has been returned to developers for any reason.
Should you be unable to answer any of the above questions I would still appreciate information on the other requests at your earliest convenience.
Compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. As we do not have information recorded for developer contributions we would have to check 667 records at 20 minutes a time. This would take 222 hours and therefore is over the 18 hours of officer time.
Under the Act, there is a duty to provide advice and assistance as to how a request can be refined to fit within the appropriate limit. Unfortunately, due to the way the data is held, this is not possible for this request.
