Traffic Regulation Order (TRO)
Proposals to consider, advertise and if appropriate install the extension to the speed limit on Brook Lane in accordance with the requirements of the Section 106 Agreement will be progressed when resources in our Traffic Team permit. Funding for the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) revision has been received from the developer.
The S106 Agreement in question included requirements for education and highways/traffic contributions. No education contributions have been paid on this development. Our latest update provided by WDBC last Summer showed 0 housing completions have been made on this development. The contributions are triggered on occupation of 10% of the dwellings and on occupation of 50% of the dwellings. We have not spent or allocated any education contributions attached to this development as they have not yet been paid.
