1. the Council’s Education Management System.
The education management system is Capita One and Capita eStart.
Information regarding costs is available in this previous Children’s Services Software response on our disclosure log.
The contract start date is: 1st April 2024
The contract end date is: 31st March 2027
This contract is currently being renewed, final details will be uploaded onto the Council’s contract register.
2. the Council’s Social Care Management System for children and adults.
The social care management system for children is OLM Eclipse.
The social care management system for adults is Carefirst for adults.
Cost isn’t broken down for Eclipse and Carefirst, rather a single price for both systems.

The contract start date: 1st April 2022
The contract end date: 31st May 2025
3. the Youth Justice solution.
The Youth Justice Service use a system called Childview which is hosted by CACI
The contract start date: approximately 2012
The contract end date: 24th October 2024
The contract is renewed yearly.
The cost for the year Oct 23 – Oct 24: £16,866.14
