Devon County Council (DCC) do not hold details for all road traffic collisions that require a road closure – only road closures that DCC are requested to arrange for the police or for police-managed road closures that are notified to us.
There was one occasion where DCC were requested to set-up road closures. This occurred on 23rd August 2022 and was in response to a collision outside Hilltop House, between Halfway House and Newton Poppleford.
