1,101 EHCPs were issued within this timeframe.
3) The number of initial requests for an EHC plan made to your authority in the 2023 calendar year
2,233 initial requests were made in 2023.
4) The number of EHC plans issued in 2023 within the 20 week timescale, excluding cases where exceptions apply.
87 were issued within 20 weeks.
5) The number of decisions relating to EHC Plans that were appealed in the 2023 calendar year – and the outcomes of these appeals.
