In regards to the Heavitree and Whipton Low Traffic Neighbourhoods please can you advise:
1. The total costs of all the original Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTRO)s for the scheme. Are these costs charged to the LTN budget (the £190000 grant)?
The cost of advertising the original Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders (ETROs) for the Active Streets scheme was £2,305.91, charged against the scheme budget of £190,000.
2. The total costs to Devon County Council of the amended TTROs re. the changes to taxis. Again, are these costs charged to the LTN scheme itself?
The cost of advertising the ETRO amendment for the Active Streets scheme and the ETRO for Wonford Road, Exeter, exempting taxis and private hire vehicles from the bus gate restrictions, was £1,357.73, charged against the scheme budget.
