Please supply any road safety audits and any associated correspondence (including any responses from the design team) in relation to the highway improvements near Exmouth railway Station which are currently going through a consultation.

Please be aware that the design used for the Road Safety Audits (RSA) was the latest version at the time and various changes to the scheme design have been made since this RSA was carried out.
Some of the comments such as the traffic modelling have been acted upon since the
RSA but we have yet to provide any designers comments in response to the RSA, which is
standard practice.
Some information in our response has been greyed out. This is because Devon County Council considers this information is exempt under Regulation 13(1) of the Environmental Information Regulations (Personal Data).
Devon County Council are not obliged to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
In this instance we believe that the release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore Regulation13(1) is applied.
