Devon County Council believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. We do not hold a centralised record of these figures, therefore, in order to find and collate the information, a manual check of approximately 1800 records would be required. If it takes 5 minutes to check each record, this amounts to 150 hours of work.
