I am researching the consequences of planning, including making financial payments as per the agreed and signed S106 document.
I am particularly interested in the balance of unspent and uncommitted monies during the period from January 1st 2006 up to and including December 31st 2011.
Please can you give the planning reference and the relevant balance.

To extract this information, we would need to locate and review hundreds of records, a significant number of which are paper based. We estimate that it would take at least 30 minutes, per record, to locate, check what has been paid, spent and uncommitted across any 5 year period. Therefore, Section 12 is applied.
