Please could you provide me with details of addresses and dates covered for a scaffolding erection license granted for Castle Road, Dartmouth, TQ6 0JN. There is currently scaffolding on the road where a new house is being built, which narrows the road considerably and would make it difficult for a fire engine to get down the road to attend any emergency.
