I have managed to locate the Round1 bid application for the Destination Exmouth bid which gives full information but would you please provide:-
1. The LUF response to the above
The Round 2 Levelling Up Fund bids were submitted via an online form. However, we can provide an internal working document which specifies our responses to the individual questions included on the online form in this Destination Exmouth draft response
Some information has been redacted in grey. This is because Devon County Council considers this information is exempt under Regulation 13 (1) of the Environmental Information Regulations (Personal Data).
Devon County Council are not obliged to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
In this instance we believe that the release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore Regulation 13 (1) is applied.
2. The Round2 application
As a result of this submission, it was confirmed in January 2023 that Devon County Council were successful in securing £15.7 million.
3. The LUF response with any conditions imposed
Devon County Council have entered into an Memorandum of Understanding with the Department for Transport which specifies the conditions of the funding.

4. The results of the survey carried out by DCC which closed on August 21st 2023.
The results of the recent engagement are being finalised and will be published alongside further scheme details as part of an upcoming public consultation during November 2023. The public interest test rules in favour of withholding at this stage as this information is due to be published imminently.
