Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
1. How many ‘unaccompanied child migrants’ has your authority been responsible for between January 2022 and now?

2. What percentage of ‘unaccompanied child migrants’ that your authority is responsible for have had their age reassessed during this time period?
3. What is the total number of ‘unaccompanied child migrants’ that have been found to be above the age of sixteen during this time period?
In response to questions 2 and 3, Devon County Council believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. This is because to extract this information from the 106 records, assuming 15 minutes per record, would take in excess of 26 hours.
