Devon County Council believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. Due to the way in which we hold data we would have to go manually go through 275 pupil records, then contact the schools. This would take approximately 30 minutes for each record, which equates to 137.50 hours of officer time.
