Devon County Council believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. We hold several hundred records. We anticipate that it would take 20 minutes to review each record and to retrieve any information in scope. This activity would take in excess of 18 hours, therefore, Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is engaged.
