As part of its Bus Service Improvement Plan DCC has set up a Bus Users and Stakeholders (BUS) forum, see para 5.2 of the Enhanced Partnership Scheme document.
Although I have been told through the press office that no minutes are taken of BUS forum meetings, I am now asking to see all agendas, presentations and information about proceedings of meetings including (but not limited to) feedback and evaluation to the EP Board. This would include information derived from any notes taken by DCC officers during and after meetings.

The Chair of the Bus Forum (external to DCC) sits on the Enhanced Partnership Board. They will report back to the Board at the next meeting Board following the Forum.

Devon County Council is not obliged to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
