I would like to make a Freedom of Information request relating to Devonport High School Boys, 1979 to 1985 regarding any policy official or unofficial from the Headmaster down to all the teaching staff and board of governors that a full and complete and expected education was not given to pupils that had specific learning needs, for example dyslexia.
Was there an official or unofficial policy or culture within the school where teaching staff were told or encouraged to not provide a complete and thorough and all encompassing education for pupils that required additional support?
