I am trying to find information relating to the contract between Devon County Council (DCC) and Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust relating to The Promise School in Okehampton.

Devon County Council (DCC) does not have a contract with Devon’s Special Schools as they have a funding arrangement
with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). DCC fund top up with them according to High Needs Block regulations. As an academy their policies procedures and outcomes are monitored, as all schools, through
