Please can you supply data on the impact of the Fair and Affordable Policy used in Adult Social Care. We are keen to understand the impact this has on disabled people who access Adult Social Care.
Did it lead to a decrease or increase in total spend / average spend for meeting eligible care needs once the policy was introduced?
Did post implementation lead to more or less people receiving Direct Payments?
Did it lead to more or less people going into residential care?
What was the feedback from Social Workers and disabled people on the policy?
