“I’m looking to make a freedom of information request regarding unlicensed charity bag collections.
I’d like the names of all companies which have made applications for charity bag collection licenses with the Council in the last 12 months. I’d also like a list of those applications which have been successful, those still pending and the names of any companies refused a charity bag collection license and why.
I’d also like any information, including the names of companies, regarding which organisations have been reported or have admitted to collecting charity bags without a license in the last 12 months.”

Please note that Devon County Council is not responsible for charity bag collection licenses and therefore does not hold the information requested. We believe that this function is provided by District and Unitary councils in Devon.
