In response to the further questions, Devon County Council does not hold a central record of this information.

Specifically, in relation to question 4, London is not in Devon and we therefore do not hold this information.

In relation to the other questions, to extract this information would require identification of all of the children referred to in question 1 and a discussion with each social worker to confirm how the child came to be in Devon.  This would take longer than 18 hours and we are therefore not obliged to disclose this information pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
