Transport Providers Dynamic Purchasing System PCV6 Responses

Request:-

“Transport providers to Devon County Council are required to complete a form to be entered on to the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). On the form there is a question coded PCV6. Could I please have the final response that each operator on the DPS submitted, and whether the council treated this as a pass or fail.

The information required forms part of a tender document referred to as CP1185-15 which can be found on the pro-contract/supplying the south west portal.

Within the tender there is a document called Passenger Transport PQQ. Question PCV6 will be found within this document.

All data from April 2016 please.”

Response:-

Details of all applicants who answered Yes to Question PCV6 in their final response as from April 2016 are listed here.

Where applicants answered ‘Yes’ to PCV6 this was referred to Devon County Council’s Passenger Services Manager for a final decision on whether the response was a pass or a fail. The third column within the document linked to above states this decision. In order to provide advice and assistance the abbreviation “O” in the spreadsheet means ‘Operator’s Licence’.

Where  PCV6 responses contain the names of individuals, these have been removed under  Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 – ‘Personal Information’ as the release of this information would be unfair and would breach the 1st Data Protection principle – ‘Fair and Lawful Processing’.
