On the 1st September 2014, how many children in Devon had Statements of SEN?
3,564 restated to 3,380 due to move outs and ceased/transfers out of transfer cohort.
Since that date, how many of those Statements of SEN have been transitioned to an EHC Plan? 1,554.
How many Statement transitions have been refused and the decision made not to issue an EHC Plan? 204.
How many of those Statement transitions that have been refused have been taken to SEND Tribunal? None.
How many Statement transitions that have been to Tribunal have since been issued with an EHC Plan? None.
What is the average time taken for a Statement transition to be completed?
